Booking and accommodation conditions
To book an apartment or a car in Chisinau, you can use the online booking form available on the apartment or vehicle page, or send your request to
info@cityhomes.md
Please make sure to provide a valid phone number and email address.
If the apartment or vehicle is available for your selected dates, you will receive a confirmation email.
The rental condition requires an advance payment equal to one day of rent. The fastest and safest option is payment by credit card. Cash payments are also accepted at our office in Chisinau, or via bank transfers (Western Union, Unistream, Anelik).
If the advance payment is not made, the booking is considered unconfirmed and the apartment or car may be rented to another client.
Check-out: 11:00 AM. Payment is calculated from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the next day, regardless of actual arrival time.
If you arrive earlier and the apartment is available, early check-in is free of charge. Late check-in after 10:00 PM requires an additional fee of 15 EUR. Please inform us in advance.
In case of no-show, change of arrival date, or cancellation, the advance payment is non-refundable.
Upon check-in, full payment for the entire stay is required, along with a deposit (original document or copy + amount equal to one day’s stay). The deposit is fully refunded at check-out after inspection.
Parties, birthdays, seminars, and any events are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
