Payment Methods
Payments with: PayPal, VISA, Maestro, Anelik, Western Union
To book an apartment, an advance payment is required. This guarantees the reservation of the selected apartment for the chosen period.
If the advance payment is not made, the booking is considered unconfirmed and the apartment may be rented to another client. In such cases, we will try to offer an alternative option.
Payment methods:
1) Bank transfer
(Western Union, UNIStream, Anelik, Poşta Moldovei, etc.)
Transfer details:
Country: MOLDOVA, CHISINAU
Recipient: please contact us to receive a copy of our manager’s passport.
After making the transfer, send the booking code, amount, country of transfer, and contact details to:

Once we receive the payment, we will send you a booking confirmation voucher.
2) Credit card
(MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron)
3) At our office in Chisinau
(in person or through a representative)Working hours: Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00, Sat 10:00–14:00
Attention: In case of no-show, change of arrival date, or cancellation, the advance payment is non-refundable.
Standard Check-in time: after 3:00 PM
Standard Check-out time: until 11:00 AM
